Welcome to CrossX Media, a brand of Imaginary Droplet. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

CrossX Media provides content post-production services including video editing, motion design, content optimization, and related creative services on a subscription basis.

2. Subscription Plans

Services are offered through monthly subscription plans as listed on our pricing page: https://crossxmedia.agency/pricing-subscription
Each plan includes a defined scope of work, turnaround time, and revision limits.
A separate agreement will be executed prior to collaboration, outlining the subscription plan and service terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
Unused credits may roll over for up to one (1) month only.
All payments are non-refundable, including partially used subscription periods. Once work has commenced, the service is considered consumed and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Billing & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
Payments must be made before work begins for each billing cycle.
Failure to pay may result in pause or termination of services.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
Services remain active until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
All payments are non-refundable, including partially used subscription periods. Once work has commenced, the service is considered consumed and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Turnaround Time

Delivery timelines depend on the subscription plan selected.
Timelines may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.

6. Revisions

Each subscription includes a reasonable number of revisions.
Excessive revisions outside scope may require additional charges.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear instructions, assets, and feedback.
Delays in response may affect delivery timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment.
CrossX Media retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise.

9. Data & Confidentiality

All client data and content are treated as confidential.
We do not share client content without permission except as required for service delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

CrossX Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription period.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
